This page lays out our terms and conditions for our current promotions

25% off VIP card 

1. Open to select customers who hold a VIP card
2. Customers must show their VIP card to one of our team when ordering
3. The boxes on the reverse of the VIP card must be completed
4. Only the holder of the VIP card can receive 25% off their final bill
5. VIP cards are non transferable
6. VIP cards are valid for 3 months at a time
7. This offer is not available on Chelsea FC match days
8. VIP cards can only be distributed by The Rose management team
9.  The promotional period may be extended or reduced at management discretion
10. The Rose reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, and the promotion may be revoked for any individual guest at Rose Management discretion
11. Any disputes must be raised with a member of The Rose Management team
12. The promotion is not available to employees of The Rose, or anyone associated with the group or its employees
13. The Rose accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, death or injury of any kind endured by The Rose guest by way of redemption
14. Any guest who is barred or excluded from The Rose will not be eligible to redeem the offer

New menu offer 

1. Open to all Rose customers who have pre-booked and order from the new winter menu
2. Customers must pre-book a table through The Rose website to qualify for the offer and order from the winter menu
3. All qualified customers can receive a half pint of draught beer or 125ml glass of wine
4. Only one drink per customer ordering from the winter menu is allowed.
5. Customers must be ordering either a starter or main course
6. This offer applies throughout the day Monday to Friday
7. This offer is not available on Saturdays or Sundays
8. This offer is not available on Chelsea FC match days
9. This offer can not be redeemed against our lunch time business or express lunch
10. This offer is valid until the 28th February 2023
11.  The promotional period may be extended or reduced at management discretion

The Rose 50% off food in January terms & conditions

1. This redemption period for this promotion runs 1st – 31st January 2023
2. Offer is only valid Monday to Saturday excluding Chelsea FC match days in January during operational hours.
3. Offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offers such as business lunch
4. 50% off food applies only to Main Courses in January
5. Voucher are non-transferable and cannot be used against any other offers
